Base pay range

Project Change Manager | £45,000 – £60,000 | Hybrid Working – Midlands

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving meaningful change across an organisation? We\\\’re partnering with a forward thinking business to find a dynamic individual who can lead transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

What You\\\’ll Be Doing

• What you\\\’ll do: take ownership of end to end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage everything from scoping and planning to execution and reporting.
• Focus on improving the customer journey while ensuring resources, budgets and stakeholder relationships are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines and resource needs
• Lead cross functional teams and third party partners
• Monitor budgets and project performance
• Communicate progress and strategy to senior stakeholders
• Apply best practices and adapt to evolving business needs
• Deliver board level reporting and insights

What We\\\’re Looking For

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Proven track record in business transformation and change delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confident in using PM tools and methodologies
