Program Manager (Inside IR35) | Strategic Change Manager  Day Rate: £600 Inside  Location: Greater London (2-3 days per week on-site) Start Date: Immediate Contract Duration: 12 months We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in local government and/or public services to lead transformational change initiatives and improve operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Utilize data-driven insights to challenge current assumptions and guide decision-making. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing complex change programs within local government or public services. Experience working on TOM Implementing within consultancies and/ or gov  Strong understanding of systems thinking and cultural change methods.
