I'm supporting a fast-growing, tech-led organisation investing heavily in its platform and engineering capability as it scales beyond MVP. You'll be part of a Platform Engineering team with strong technical standards, working across modern cloud-native environments and contributing to how engineering is done across the business.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability
- Work closely with engineering teams to support delivery through CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Contribute to Agile delivery across Scrum and Kanban environments
- Support the evolution of platform standards and engineering practices
Experience required:
- Working as a DevOps or Platform Engineer within cloud environments
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Bicep)
- Exposure to C#/.NET environments
- Understanding of observability, monitoring, and platform reliability
- Interest in using AI to improve engineering productivity
