Network Manager | £60,000 | London | RF | Lab Operations Location: UK (Onsite at our Lab Facility) Eligibility: UK citizen or permanent resident We are seeking a Network Manager to join our team and take ownership of our advanced lab environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with networking and RF systems, and a proven ability to develop and maintain efficient lab processes. Key Responsibilities Manage servers, networking, and lab infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with switches, routers, and other networking equipment. Apply knowledge of RF engineering and VSAT principles to lab operations. Oversee data centre operations, including infrastructure and management systems. Streamline and implement efficient lab processes and automation. Coordinate lab activities, including installations, customer demonstrations, and logistical tasks. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT (servers, networking, lab management). Proficiency in Linux OS, VMware, AWS, and lab automation tools. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, software, and VSAT systems (preferred). Networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, JUNOS) highly desirable. What We’re Looking For A self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
