We’re hiring a SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping people technology strategy. Reporting into IT Operations, you’ll lead a team of SAP specialists responsible for the delivery, optimisation, and governance of our SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business to drive innovation, streamline processes, and maximise the value of our People systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & more)
  • Owning system releases, enhancements, and roadmap alignment with People Strategy
  • Ensuring data integrity, compliance (GDPR), and robust governance processes
  • Driving automation, efficiency, and improved user experience across HR systems
  • Managing key supplier relationships and £1M+ licence budgets
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic change initiatives

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems
  • Proven team leadership in a systems/IT environment
  • Expertise in HR processes, data, and system optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work at pace
