We're looking for a
Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of complex Saa S implementations, helping leading financial institutions integrate, configure and successfully adopt a market‑leading platform.
This is not a sales role.
It's a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of solution architecture, implementation delivery, integrations, stakeholder management and client consulting

You'll be the technical authority on major client programmes‑guiding solution design, leading implementation teams, solving integration challenges and ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through to go‑live and beyond.
You'll work with senior stakeholders, influence technical direction and play a key role in delivering high‑profile transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Enterprise Implementations
- Own the technical workstream across complex Saa S implementations.
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions with clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive platform configuration and integration delivery.
- Manage technical sprints, priorities and delivery risks.
- Be the Trusted Technical Adviser
- Partner with client technology and business teams.
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations, APIs and platform adoption.
- Present technical updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Improve and Influence
- Shape implementation standards and best practices.
- Mentor and support technical team members.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on future platform capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery and support processes.
What We're Looking For

- You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations and enterprise architectures.
- Experience leading client‑facing technical workstreams from discovery through to deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A track record of working closely with engineering, product and business teams.
- Hands‑on understanding of technologies such as APIs, JSON, HTML, Python or similar.
- Industry Experience
Experience working with financial institutions is highly desirable. This could include wealth management, banking, insurance, fintech or financial advice platforms.
We would also welcome candidates from other highly regulated industries
, including healthcare, telecommunications, utilities, legal technology or government services, where managing risk, compliance, security and complex stakeholder environments is a critical part of successful delivery.
