Our FTSE100 Aviation client, who are undergoing a major transformation focused on improving on-time performance, cost efficiency, and operational resilience, are looking for a number of Product Managers.

Location: W.London (Hybrid). 2-3 days a week onsite

Compensation: £90k - £110k base (dependant on experience) + strong benefits (15% Bonus, 15% Pension, Flight Discounts + more)

Overview: You'll work closely with engineering, design and operational teams, using real product data, tooling and insight to shape priorities, guide delivery and ensure solutions land effectively in live environments.

Experience required:

  • Experience within management at Consultant / Senior Associate or Manager level or Big Tech / Startup (Fast paced)
  • Numeric Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of product development and delivery
  • Proven experience of getting things done independently, prioritising & delivering projects
  • Experience in working in agile and digital environments
  • Practical experience using project management and agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of airline operations (crew scheduling, IROPS, operations control, etc.)
  • Worked in Operationally complex environments / products e.g Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing etc
