Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to serve as the strategic link between the IT department and other critical business areas. This role involves ensuring that business needs are effectively integrated into technology solutions, projects, and initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative IT solutions. This senior position requires a personality with strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite and Directors, and possess the gravitas to influence strategic decisions. Building and maintaining relationships is fundamental, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as the strategic interface between the IT Department and other key business areas.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships at senior levels to guide IT innovation and transformation strategies, and to develop new products and services.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and Directors to capture and prioritize IT demands, technology projects, and initiatives based on value, risk, and total cost of ownership.
  • Work proactively with Heads, product teams, and architecture teams to identify and develop roadmaps for technology services or solutions that enhance performance and cost efficiency.
  • Guide projects towards strategic IT goals, providing initial estimates for cost-benefit analyses.
Experience required:
  • 5+ years as a Digital Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong understanding of IT and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
