This range is provided by Xpertise Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range for Recruitment Consultants - IT / Tech recruitment - £28k - £40k DoE - fantastic commission scheme and career progression.

Due to growth, we are looking for several experienced Recruitment Consultants (all levels) to join our high achieving team in our prestigious Manchester office. Responsibilities:

  • Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets
  • Business development and networking to generate new business
  • The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts
  • Building your personal brand via Xpertise tech community events

  • Sales or recruitment consultant experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic
