Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid working with 1 day per week in London, 1 day per week in the Nottingham area, and 3 days working from home. Travel expenses for the London office are fully covered.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing a significant technology and digital transformation programme. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of several high profile technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Champion agile and product-led ways of working, helping teams continuously improve delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery maturity.
  • Lead delivery across multiple agile, cross-functional technology squads, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and focused on delivering business value.
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, managing dependencies and facilitating effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Drive predictable delivery across concurrent technology initiatives through effective planning, prioritisation, and delivery oversight.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Executives, providing clear communication around progress, risks, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Identify, manage, and remove delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support teams in achieving high performance by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong delivery culture.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience leading delivery across multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
  • Strong background working within Agile and product-led delivery environments.
  • Experience coordinating and supporting multiple cross-functional squads.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and technology transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, priorities, and competing demands.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other agile delivery frameworks.
