PERM ROLE | UI / UX DESIGNER | Up to £75K + 20% Bonus & 10% Pension | LONDON / HYBRID (3 DAYS ONSITE)

I'm working with a leading organisation in a regulated environment who are looking for a UI-led Designer to help drive and scale an enterprise design system across multiple brands. You'll be joining at a point of low UX design maturity, so there's a real opportunity to influence design culture, educate stakeholders and shape how design works across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Guidewire and Pega experience in an enterprise setting
  • Strong UI focus (60% UI/40% UX) with a demonstrable portfolio
  • Solid experience with out-of-the-box design systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms)
  • Strong Design System expertise. Creating, managing and scaling systems (ideally across multiple / white-labelled brands)
  • Prototyping skills and experience with enterprise design applications

Nice to have

  • Experience working in regulated industries (Insurance, Banking, Financial services, etc.)
  • Understanding of insurance regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams alongside engineering and business stakeholders
  • Ability and appetite to educate business & tech teams on the role of design and bring them on the journey
