As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you'll take a hands-on role in the design and development of advanced, medical-grade electronic products. You'll be involved across the full lifecycle - from architecture and circuit design to validation and manufacturing handover - while mentoring others and shaping technical direction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex hardware projects from concept to delivery
- Designing circuits, systems, and PCB layouts end-to-end
- Working on embedded firmware (C/C++) alongside firmware teams
- Owning key subsystems (audio, sensors, HMI, thermal, etc.)
- Driving verification, validation, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality, and suppliers
- Working closely with Asian suppliers to source and select the best electrical components in terms of cost, quality, and availability
- Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical strategy
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in electronics design (analogue, digital & power)
- Experience with PCB design, DFM/DFA, and system architecture
- Embedded firmware experience (C/C++, RTOS ideally)
- Experience working with Asian suppliers or global supply chains to identify and procure optimal electronic components
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for building products that have a real human impact
