Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 Location: Coventry (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office) Solution Architecture / Configuration / Salesforce / High & Low Level Design / Stakeholder Management Xpertise are excited to be working with a Midlands client of ours to help them source a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to join their IT and Technology function. This role is responsible for designing scalable solutions across their Salesforce implementation, as well as reviewing their current setup and business objectives. I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have excellent communication skills and are happy liaising with stakeholders of all levels, being able to translate technical designs to non-technical stakeholders. Main duties and responsibilities: Construct and maintain high and low level designs Own both solution and technical designs, throughout discovery, design and build Help create prototypes and proof of concepts to define requirements Gather requirements to aid in providing scalable solutions with a key focus on exceptional user experience Support management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers Support with change control and best practises, such as system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
