Xpertise Recruitment is looking for an IT Support Team Lead to join a growing organisation based in Altrincham. This is a key role where you'll lead a small, high-performing team.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the IT support function, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained and continually improved.
  • Overseeing first and second-line support across desktop, software, and initial infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborating with the security team to maintain best practices.
  • Planning and delivering end-user computing projects, upgrades, and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience working within an IT support environment, with a track record of leading a successful team.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft-based infrastructure and general networking.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • A confident, motivated approach with the ability to manage workloads, multitask, and work well under pressure.

Location: Altrincham

Salary: Up to £35k + Excellent Benefits
