p Weβre looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Logistics Administrator to support our busy warehouse operation. /p p The role is focused on keeping the administration and communication running smoothly, allowing our forklift and warehouse team to focus on moving stock safely and efficiently. /p p br /p p strong Key responsibilities: /strong /p p β Booking in deliveries and collections /p p β Printing labels, pick notes and delivery paperwork /p p β Managing warehouse and stock system updates /p p β Coordinating third-party suppliers, hauliers and couriers /p p β Checking deliveries and recording discrepancies /p p β Responding to office queries on stock availability /p p β Preparing daily warehouse paperwork and priorities /p p β Managing PODs and outstanding deliveries /p p β Communicating between the warehouse, office and suppliers /p p br /p p Were looking for someone organised, accurate, confident on the phone and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. /p p Previous warehouse, logistics or stock administration experience is preferred. /p
