We are currently recruiting for a Product Design Engineer to join a manufacturing business based in Goole.
The role will involve supporting the design and development of products from concept through to manufacture, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are practical and meet customer requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and modifying 3D CAD models and technical drawings
- Supporting new product development and design improvements
- Producing accurate manufacturing drawings and documentation
- Working with production and engineering teams to resolve design issues
- Supporting the introduction of new products into manufacture
- Ensuring designs meet required specifications and standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a product design or mechanical design environment
- Good knowledge of 3D CAD
- Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
