For one of our clients, a fast-growing AI technology scale-up based in London, we are looking for an AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy intelligent applications powered by the latest advances in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
You'll join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing customer-facing AI products used by organisations across Europe. From intelligent assistants and workflow automation to knowledge retrieval and agentic systems, you'll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge AI into production.

What You'll Be Working On
- Designing and developing AI-powered software applications
- Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Developing AI assistants and intelligent workflow automation
- Integrating Large Language Models into production systems
- Building scalable APIs and backend services for AI applications
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver new AI capabilities
- Continuously improving model performance, reliability, and user experience
Experience Required
- 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building production applications and APIs
- Familiarity with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies
- Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-based applications
- Passion for building innovative products that solve real customer problems
Nice to Have
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience implementing RAG architectures
- Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, etc.)
- Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment experience
- MLOps or AI observability tools
- Experience working in fast-paced product or scale-up environments
