Xpert Workwear is on a mission to become the most loved workwear brand on Earth. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to own and grow online sales across our website and Amazon marketplace. This role is hands-on, commercial, and focused on driving revenue through paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, and performance-led digital trading.
Key responsibilities
- Growing website traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Owning and optimising Amazon performance
- Planning and managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Improving conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost
- Managing digital marketing budgets and return on investment
- Analysing performance data and delivering clear reporting on revenue, ROAS, and key metrics
- Supporting promotional activity, launches, and key trading periods
- Working closely with our Creative Content Specialist to develop high-performing content
- Testing offers, messaging, and campaign structures to drive continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- Proven experience growing eCommerce performance (traffic, conversion, and revenue)
- Strong background in paid digital marketing with commercial outcomes
- Confident working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
- Experience working with agencies or external partners
- Experience in online retail or trading environments
- Amazon marketplace experience is a bonus (not essential)
