Xpert Resourcing are currently working with an established local business who are looking to appoint a professional, well organised team player to liaise with customers regarding orders and delivery schedules.
Duties will include:

Liaising with clients and internal members of staff.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.

Organising appointments and scheduling meetings.

Providing quotations and costs for scheduled work.

Taking calls from new and existing customers.

Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
-
Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

General administrative duties.
-
Proven experience in a customer service and administrative role is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
-
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
