We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting the recruitment and onboarding journey from the moment a vacancy is approved right through to a new employee's first day. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration or a coordination role who enjoys being the person behind the scenes making sure candidates, hiring managers and new starters have a smooth and professional experience. You'll be juggling vacancies, candidates, interviews, paperwork, pre-employment checks, onboarding and plenty of moving parts — so organisation is definitely your friend! The Role · Coordinating the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment. · Preparing and advertising vacancies across agreed recruitment channels. · Managing candidate applications and keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date. · Liaising with hiring managers around shortlisting, interviews and candidate feedback. · Coordinating interviews and assessments, including diaries, venues and online meetings. · Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and responding to queries promptly and professionally. · Preparing offer letters, contracts and other recruitment documentation. <...
