Payroll Administrator Permanent Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.15pm Friday 8am – 3pm Stoke on Trent £28,000 We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join a busy and supportive People & Culture team. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth and accurate running of payroll, making sure employees are paid correctly and on time, whilst providing a reliable and professional service to colleagues and managers. Key Responsibilities Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the payroll function. From processing payroll information and maintaining employee records to dealing with queries, supporting pension administration and assisting with statutory payments, you'll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly and meeting key payroll deadlines. · Supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll · Ensuring payroll deadlines are consistently met · Maintaining accurate employee payroll records, including starter and leaver information · Processing payroll changes, deductions and other relevant information · Assisting with holiday calculations and statutory payments · Supporting pension administration · Producing and completing payroll reports accurately and within required timescales
