We are looking for skilled Level 2 and Level 3 Mobile Phone Repair Technicians to join our clients growing technical team
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians with strong knowledge of Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices, who take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and getting devices back to customers in perfect working order
The Role
As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and testing a wide range of mobile devices, including the latest Apple and Samsung models.
Your duties will include:
Diagnosing hardware and software faults
Carrying out Level 2 board-level repairs
Performing Level 3 microsoldering and component-level repairs
Screen, battery, charging port and camera replacements
Fault-finding and diagnosing charging, power and connectivity issues
Repairing motherboard and PCB-related faults
Working on Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices
Carrying out post-repair diagnostics and quality testing
Ensuring all repairs meet required quality standards
Accurately recording repairs and parts used
Working efficiently to meet daily repair targets
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area
Apple & Samsung Experience Essential with a Level 2 or 3 Qualification
