About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Subsidence Specialist to join a growing company after a recent increase in project demand. This is a key role responsible for managing a portfolio of subsidence claims from initial diagnosis through to repair and final completion. You will act as the technical lead and referral point within the subsidence team, ensuring accurate decision-making, high-quality reporting, and excellent customer outcomes while balancing cost and time efficiencies. This is a field-based role covering the Midlands, North of England and Scotland, with travel and occasional overnight stays required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical / repair referral expert for subsidence claims within your region
- Review surveyor and inspector reports to produce clear, accurate technical assessments and diagnoses (subsidence, heave, landslip or alternative causes)
- Instruct and interpret site investigations including:
- Drainage surveys (CCTV)
- Level monitoring
- Satellite monitoring
- Distortion surveys
- Produce concise technical reports and recommendations
