We're working with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Recruitment Advisor to join their collaborative HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident HR professional who enjoys a varied role, combining employee relations, new system project integration, payroll recruitment, and generalist HR support.

You'll play a key role in supporting managers across the business and helping to deliver an efficient, people-focused HR service.

Role

Reporting into the senior HR team, you'll provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations casework, recruitment coordination, and HR operational support. You'll also contribute to key HR initiatives, including supporting the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system, as well as providing backup support across payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of ER cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  • Provide clear, practical HR advice.
