Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the People Culture function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a range of employee-focused processes.
- Processing employee data including holidays, absence and time attendance.
- Managing HR records, databases and electronic filing systems.
- Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
- Preparing letters and documentation including probation, contracts and references.
- Assisting with disciplinary and employee relations administration.
- Coordinating internal communications and maintaining notice boards.
