As they continue to expand, they're looking for an ambitious Graduate Accounts & Finance Assistant to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of accountancy while working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about developing future talent. You'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and develop your technical knowledge while building strong client relationships. Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts Bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting software including Xero Bank reconciliations Supporting the production of management accounts Assisting with personal and corporation tax returns Payroll administration when required Liaising with clients to obtain financial information and resolve queries Supporting Making Tax Digital compliance As your knowledge and confidence develop, you'll take on increasing responsibility and enjoy genuine career progression. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to build a long-term career within accountancy. A degree in Accounting & Finance (or a similar discipline) Previous experience using Xero or other cloud accounting software would be advantageous but isn't essential.
