My client is a growing commercial insurance brokerage committed to providing businesses with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. As they continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Advisor to join the team and help them build lasting relationships with new clients.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs. You will speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable insurance options while delivering a professional and consultative service. You will also act as the Account Manager and main point of contact for your clients throughout the policy period, ensuring they receive excellent service and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Speaking with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs
- Providing quotes and explaining policy options clearly
- Converting enquiries into new business opportunities
- Acting as the Account Manager and primary point of contact for clients throughout the policy period
- Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support
- Working closely with our broking and quoting teams
- Ensuring all sales activities are compliant with FCA regulations
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and confident speaking with clients
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
