We are working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation to recruit an HR Support Administrator to join their People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting both people processes and the wider team through high-quality administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the People & Culture function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a range of employee-focused processes.
- Processing employee data including holidays, absence and time & attendance.
- Managing HR records, databases and electronic filing systems.
- Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
- Preparing letters and documentation including probation, contracts and references.
- Assisting with disciplinary and employee relations administration.
- Coordinating internal communications and maintaining notice boards.
- Supporting payroll processes and agency timesheets.
- Assisting with internal events, CSR activities and wider team initiatives.
General administration tasks as required.
