Permanent - 8am - 4.30pm Stoke on Trent with national client site travel £30,000 - £35,000 + Car allowance, negotiable depending on experience.

Are you a skilled Health & Safety professional looking to work with a range of clients across industries, delivering impactful consultancy and guidance? We're seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to join a dynamic team, providing high-quality H&S services and CDM support while enjoying a flexible, client-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level Health & Safety consultancy, including audits, reports, presentations, and management information.
  • Advise and support clients on regulatory requirements and industry-specific H&S practices.
  • Provide CDM coordination and support, advising Duty Holders on their responsibilities.
  • Deliver H&S projects, workshops, and training sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Undertake audits and ensure recommendations are implemented successfully.
  • Set up bespoke safety management systems for clients, supporting ongoing updates and compliance.
Work Environment & Travel:
  • Flexible working hours to meet client demands; standard office hours are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, finishing an hour earlier on Fridays.
  • Regular UK-wide travel is required; a full driving license and suitable vehicle (insured for business use) are essential.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence delivering presentations to clients.
  • Proficient in everyday IT packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently to tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player, receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Knowledgeable in CDM regulations and general health and safety practices.
