An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive parts leader to join a large, multi-site vehicle solutions business as Divisional Head of Parts. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the divisional parts strategy, driving commercial growth, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a complex national operation.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the divisional leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence business-wide decision-making whilst leading a high-performing parts function through its next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This role goes far beyond traditional parts management. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve profitability, optimise inventory performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, support vehicle uptime, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes across multiple locations. You'll combine commercial acumen, strategic thinking, operational excellence and strong leadership to ensure the parts division continues to perform at the highest level.
