The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Are you a capable, dynamic and self‑motivated person? A school office is a busy place and you do need various skills. You will need to provide an excellent level of administrative service in a busy and demanding school office environment. You will liaise with parents, children, staff and outside agencies, so an excellent standard of written and spoken English is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a school environment and using SIMS modules, knowledge and experience of both Word and Excel is essential. We are keen to appoint a School Office Administrator to join a friendly support staff team in a high‑achieving Secondary School. This is a permanent post and the hours of work are 8.00am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced and skilled in using Windows and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experienced and skilled in using SIMS
  • Experienced in working in an office and managing your own work load
  • Able to communicate effectively with parents, staff and secondary school pupils
  • Able to demonstrate high standards of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Of a positive attitude and be in possession of a sense of humour!
