The Communications Executive plays a key role in building and strengthening the Xperience brand while driving customer engagement and advocacy. This role will support the delivery of brand campaigns, thought leadership content, customer communications, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives, working closely with the Growth Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. This is a hands-on role for a creative marketer who can balance campaign execution with content creation and customer storytelling, helping Xperience stand out in a competitive market. This role presents a significant opportunity to work in close collaboration with an experienced marketing team to shape and execute upon our marketing strategy contributing to our ambitious growth plans across our multiple UK locations. You will liaise with key stakeholders across the business, building your credibility, reputation, and potential as a Marketing Professional to lead Xperience's marketing efforts going forward. This is a full-time role working on a hybrid basis between home and one of our office locations. Travel across the UK may be required for this role.
Job Requirements
- Third level qualification in a business, marketing, PR/Journalism or related discipline
- At least two years' proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally technology, SaaS or professional services
- At least two years' proven experience in copywriting and content creation skills across digital and offline channels
- Experience of using a Content Management System (e.g. WordPress)
- Experience with measuring and optimising the performance of content using tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to travel to GB as required
- Ability to live and work in the UK
- Experience in customer communications, campaign delivery, or PR is desirable
- Experience / Knowledge in Design Tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Canva or similar creative tools
- Experience / Knowledge in Video and Podcast Editing
- Experience in using email marketing automation platforms such as Dynamics 365 / Hubspot
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver customer communications (newsletters, product updates, and service announcements) that drive customer retention and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Support the delivery of brand-level marketing campaigns (Email, PR, Thought Leadership, and Events)
- Produce engaging multi-channel content (Blogs and Whitepapers, Case Studies, Sales Collateral, and social media) that showcases Xperience, our product and service offering, and customer value.
- Maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure consistency of brand execution (messaging, identity and tone) in adherence with brand guidelines.
- Work with the Growth Marketing team to ensure customer and brand communications also supports or aligns with net-new acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to upload, manage and optimise content for SEO purposes.
- Provide campaign performance and engagement reports; providing insights and recommendations to continually improve and enhance our deliverables and ROI.
- Work with external partners / agencies when required.
