The Role: As a Business Central Construction Consultant, you will play a key role in executing upon our growth plans within the digital transformation industry. You will be a seasoned Business Central Functional Consultant with a background in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of Business Central solutions for the UK SME market and Construction Industry.
You will have a detailed understanding of the Construction Industry in relation to processes, terminology and be fully up to date and informed on all Construction Industry legislation. You will take full ownership of all projects overseeing their successful delivery, whilst also remaining customer facing. The role will also provide assistance and insight to the Xperience Commercial Team to drive product adoption with clients and prospects, building commercial awareness within our teams.
In this role, you will need a thirst for learning, a passion for people and be able to work collaboratively to leverage and develop the knowledge, skills, and experience within our consultancy team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Commercial Team in a pre-sales capacity to provide demos and quotations and assistance with proposals.
- Carry out project scoping as required and engage fully with the client so that they clearly define their wants and needs.
- Review client’s relevant internal business processes so that our optimum solutions can be designed/offered.
- Document the client’s requirements so that appropriate solutions can be designed, and accurate project plans can be produced.
- Implement solutions for the client and provide training and support during the implementation phase across the core Business Central solution.
- Take ownership of all tasks assigned including liaising with clients as and when required.
- Collaborate with other Business Solutions team members to work towards successful project delivery for our clients.
- Provide application support to our clients via the Business Solutions Support Desk when required.
- Act as a point of technical escalation, providing support to the wider Business Solutions team on support tickets.
- Be available to provide support to the client during the implementation phase of their project.
- Maintain positive client engagement satisfaction throughout the entire life cycle of the engagement with the client.

- Collaborate with peers and other areas of the business to increase internal product and service knowledge.

Experience Required:
- Demonstrable professional experience working within Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision (2013 version onwards).
- Have fully implemented at least one Business Central system for a Construction Industry company.
