The Product Marketing Manager is a specialist role responsible for ensuring Xperience’s growing product portfolio is successfully positioned, launched, and understood in the market. This role bridges a critical gap between the Product function and Marketing, accelerating time‑to‑market, improving go‑to‑market readiness, and ensuring product innovations translate into commercial growth.

As Xperience expands into new products, IP, and AI‑driven solutions, this role provides the strategic focus and expertise required to develop compelling value propositions, launch campaigns, internal enablement materials, and product collateral aligned to commercial goals. You will work in close partnership with the Chief Product Officer, Growth Marketing, Customer Communications, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in how Xperience brings new offerings to market.

Success in this role means accelerating time‑to‑market for new products through well‑executed launches, establishing strong and consistent product positioning that differentiates Xperience in the market, and delivering high‑quality collateral that supports both acquisition and customer growth. It also involves equipping Sales and Customer Success with effective enablement materials, driving greater customer adoption and cross‑sell/upsell performance, and strengthening alignment and operational efficiency between Product and Marketing teams. This is a hybrid role with occasional UK travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for new product launches across all solution areas.
  • Ensure all launches are aligned with commercial priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Manage cross‑functional launch processes; define launch objectives, messaging frameworks, timelines, channels, and measurement criteria.
  • Develop and maintain clear, differentiated value propositions for each product line.
  • Partner with the Product team to translate technical capabilities into compelling market‑facing narratives.
  • Develop internal enablement materials to support Sales and Customer Success teams with tools they need to accelerate adoption, cross‑sell, and upsell conversations.
  • Create high‑quality product brochures, datasheets, sales guides, solution briefs, user‑friendly product documentation, and thought‑leadership content.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Act as key liaison between Product and Marketing to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and launch timing.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing on launch amplification, campaign integration, and digital optimisation.
  • Work with Customer Communications to ensure customers are informed and excited about product updates and enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Experience building or managing go‑to‑market plans for product launches.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and content production capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights, trends, and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, AI‑driven tools or Cyber Security solutions.
  • Experience in fast‑paced organisations with multiple concurrent product releases.
  • Understanding of sales processes and sales enablement best practices.

Benefits Package:

  • Private Medical Insurance on completion of probationary period for you, with option to add spouse and children and reduced cost.
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, 5% ER, 3% EE contributions.
  • Death in Service Benefit x 3-time base salary from commencement of employment.
  • Generous 30-Day Annual Holiday Entitlement (Jan-Dec).
  • 8 Public Holidays.
  • Additional Guaranteed Birthday Leave - 1 Day.
  • Volunteering Day per year to support an Xperience chosen charity, or a charity of your choice.
  • Enhanced Sick Pay on completion of probationary period.
  • Bereavement Leave Policy.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave Policy.
  • Long Service Awards commencing from 1 years’ service.
  • Monthly/ Annual Recognition Awards.
  • 36.25 hours working week.
  • Hybrid Working.
  • Salary Sacrifice Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Salary Sacrifice EV Scheme coming soon.
  • Employee Referral Bonus of ÂŁ1500 per hire.
  • Discounted IT Purchase Scheme.
