About the role
The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset at the cutting edge of programmatic advertising. In this position you will manage campaigns while providing world‑class support to our programmatic clients, working cross‑functionally with internal teams to maximise the impact and value of our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales throughout the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns (planning and strategy, activation and troubleshooting, consultation and upselling/renewal)
- Analyse internal and client reports to deliver tailored performance recommendations based on platform preferences, budgets, and KPIs
- Manage campaigns end‑to‑end—from set‑up (tags, DSP configuration, QA) through to optimisation and delivery, while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks
- Develop expertise in our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs (Semasio)
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development of best practices that enhance operational processes
- Support onboarding of new publisher integrations, ensuring proper data passback, traffic quality, and scalable supply
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations teams
Requirements
- 1‑2+ years of experience in digital operations (e.g., Ad Ops, Data Ops, Technical Account Management, Programmatic Consulting/Trading)
- Hands‑on DSP experience required. The Trade Desk & DV360 is preferred
- DMP experience required (e.g., LiveRamp, Lotame, Adform, Semasio, etc.)
- SSP experience required (e.g., Xandr Curate, PubMatic, Freewheel, OpenX, Magnite, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in video and CTV
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and technically complex environment
- A problem solver with excellent project and time management capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
