TiVo is looking for a London‑based Sales Director to join our new European‑focused CTV ad sales team. The Sales Director will establish and implement a strategic go‑to‑market sales plan to drive advertising revenue across the TiVo platform, managing clients across the EU from a London base.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets within a newly developed sales division.
- Identify and prospect new advertising clients, building strong relationships with both direct clients and advertising agencies.
- Demonstrate and articulate in‑depth industry knowledge within CTV, especially current trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide excellent communication to key stakeholders to expedite business goals and objectives.
- Organize and prioritize internal and external deliverables.
- Deliver public speaking at event conferences.
- Work collaboratively and confidently with clients, internal departments, and senior leadership.
- Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best‑in‑class work across the team and broader organization.

- Minimum 5–7 years of client‑facing experience in the advertising industry.
- Experience within the media and entertainment industry and deep UK agency relationships, with ability to speak to C‑suite and junior‑level staff.
- In‑depth understanding of CTV data that fuels the digital advertising ecosystem and can be leveraged for targeted media campaigns.
