Responsible for coordinating the timeline of major brand activities in the UK market, sorting out the context and resources of marketing communication, and formulating the communication strategic plan for the Brazilian market, according to the demand of Xpeng Motors' regional business.
Responsible for marketing and communication work in the regional market, including but not limited to: planning launch campaigns, coordinating domestic and foreign execution, reporting, as well as outputting relevant press releases and communication materials.
Responsible for guiding regional partners (such as importers, distributors, dealers, etc.) in a series of activities such as product launches and auto shows; cooperating with partners to be responsible for the local adaptation and regional reuse of brand activities, copywriting, and video materials.
Responsible for managing media and KOL resources, building and maintaining the core media matrix in the UK region, and establishing a KOL cooperation system.
Responsible for public relations and crisis management: coordinating regional brand public relations affairs, and establishing a public relations crisis early warning and response mechanism.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations or media, with an automotive industry background required.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Familiar with the operation of traditional media and social media, able to keenly capture new media trends.
- Excellent team collaboration and cross-departmental communication skills, able to efficiently handle complex tasks in a high-intensity work environment.
- Good crisis management experience and emergency response capabilities.
