- Job Responsibilities
- Build and continuously optimize the local vehicle delivery management system (Port β PDI β Logistics β Dealer β Customer)
- Coordinate new vehicle delivery plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement vehicle delivery SOPs, quality standards, and delivery checklists.
- Design and execute high-end customer delivery ceremony processes to enhance brand experience.
- Handle delivery anomalies, quality issues, and customer complaints, promoting cross-departmental closed-loop processes.
- Establish a delivery KPI system, conduct data analysis, and continuously optimize processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry delivery, logistics, supply chain, or 4S store management.
- Familiarity with local vehicle import procedures, port operations, and local logistics regulations is preferred.
- Team management experience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
