Position: Head of Sales-UK

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions
  • Coordinate with local partners to negotiate and close agreements with fleet customers
  • Coordinate with local partners to develop a local sales network to achieve sales targets, ensuring that the new dealership meets XPENG standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in local partners
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience to develop networks in the automobile industry
  • Proven work experience managing fleet sales orders in the UK
  • Knowledge of local sales process, sales channels, sales policy, and related taxation regulation
  • Experience managing dealership network in the automobile industry
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
