Position: Head of Sales-UK
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions.
- Coordinate with local partners to negotiate and close agreements with fleet customers.
- Coordinate with local partners to develop a local sales network to achieve sales targets, ensuring that the new dealership meets XPENG standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales and dealership performance and suggest improvements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in local partners.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in developing networks in the automobile industry.
- Proven work experience managing fleet sales orders in the UK.
- Knowledge of local sales processes, sales channels, sales policy, and related taxation regulations.
- Experience managing dealership networks in the automobile industry.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
