Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions.
- Coordinate with local partners to develop a local sales network to achieve sales targets, ensuring that new dealerships meet XPENG standards.
- Monitor and analyse sales and dealership performance and suggest improvements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in local partners.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Proven work experience in developing networks in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of local sales processes, sales channels, sales policies, and related taxation regulations.
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
