Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage deeply with frontline markets to follow up on the needs of distributors and end customers; provide timely feedback to relevant departments at headquarters, resolve issues in market operations, and facilitate continuous business improvement and growth.
  • Communicate the company's annual strategic plans (Brand, Product, Channel, Services) to distributors; collaborate with headquarters' teams and distributors' corresponding departments to ensure effective implementation and achievement of targets in each area.
  • Manage order processes, closely monitor distributors’ inventory and sales status; coordinate with Sales Operations, Product, Production, Logistics, and other departments at headquarters to ensure timely execution of monthly ordering, payment collection, production scheduling, shipping, and customs clearance.
  • Assist the regional lead in supervising and managing distributors in all aspects including branding, channel development, product launches, sales, after-sales service, and user operations; and work closely with headquarters to provide strong support.
  • Collect market intelligence and produce analysis reports on competitors (products, brand, channels, services, marketing strategies), and on changes in end-customer needs.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution abilities; skilled in relationship building and maintenance.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.
  • Willing to be based in the UK on a long-term assignment.
