Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions.
  • Coordinate with local partners to negotiate and close agreements with fleet customers.
  • Coordinate with local partners to develop a local sales network to achieve sales targets, ensuring that new dealerships meet XPENG standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and dealership performance and suggest improvements.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in local partners.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience to develop networks in the automobile industry.
  • Proven work experience managing fleet sales orders in the UK.
  • Knowledge of local sales processes, sales channels, sales policy, and related taxation regulations.
  • Experience managing dealership networks in the automobile industry.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
