We are looking for a Business Consultant Engineering to join our team as an ERP Implementation Specialist.

  • Understand commercial workflows
  • Translate business requirements into ERP configurations
  • Implement QS & commercial modules
  • Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping & gap analysis
  • Support data migration (BOQs, cost codes, contracts, budgets, CVR, etc.)
  • Work with QS teams, commercial heads & project stakeholders
  • Cost tracking & variance analysis
  • Support UAT, enhancements & change requests
  • Identify risks (especially cost & CVR-related)
  • Provide post-go-live support & process optimization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP Implementation
  • Cost estimation, budgeting & financial reporting
  • Tendering & contract administration
  • Experience working in construction/civil engineering projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration
  • Postgraduate QS conversion courses also accepted
