We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Presales Consultant with a focus on the construction industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with potential clients to understand their specific business needs within the construction industry and demonstrating how our ERP solution can meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in construction / contracting / real estate / infra
  • Exposure to project lifecycle (BOQ, budgeting, procurement, subcontract, billing, CVR, finance, earned value, etc.)
  • Understanding of cost vs revenue / project controls
  • Having knowledge of finance
  • Candidate should have worked on at least one: Construction ERPs (Xpedeon, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint, COINS, IFS, SAP PS, D365 Projects) OR strong functional consulting in finance + projects
  • Evidence of demo delivery / POC RFP / proposal response
  • Requirement workshops
  • Solution architecture discussions
  • Client presentations to CXO / business users

Good-to-Have

  • GCC experience
  • Arabic communication
  • Implementation + pre-sales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP presales or consulting with a focus on the construction industry, with a strong understanding of ERP solutions and the ability to demonstrate them within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the construction industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and provide solutions to construction industry clients
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
