We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight forwarding, excellent knowledge of shipping line platforms such as MSC, COSCO, and others, and a proven ability to manage the end-to-end export documentation and coordination process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Communicate with carriers to secure bookings, track sailings, and resolve any scheduling issues.
• Prepare and verify all export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure timely cargo dispatch.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed of shipment progress and resolving inquiries promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–4 years of proven experience in ocean export operations.
• Hands‑on experience with carrier platforms.
• Strong understanding of international trade documentation and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and freight management software.
