Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the organic social media strategy (channels include Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for example)
- Build a strong content strategy with the wider marketing team
- Take the lead in building community led initiatives
- Track and analyse the performance of social and community against growth objectives to implement changes
- Manage a lovely team of 2 social media executives - looking for strong leadership qualities.
- Experience within the hair industry is advantageous but open to Beauty/Retail
- Strong organic social media experience
- Previous line management (will be managing 2 in this team)
- Experience on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (YouTube is advantageous)
- Ability to work and develop a strong community within the industry
