We're hiring a Senior Digital Product Designer to join a Digital Experience Studio (agency) in Soho / Fitzrovia. This role starts on a freelance basis (£450/day) with a clear route to permanent (£70k). This is a hands-on senior role for a designer with a strong agency background, working across digital products, apps and responsive web. Strong UI craft is essential.

The Role
  • This is for someone with a bold, minimal, start-up vibe style led UI.
  • Own UI across complex user journeys and interactions.
  • Senior-level Figma use (design systems, components, prototyping).
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems.
  • Apply brand expression within functional products.
  • Use UX fundamentals (IA, journeys, prototyping, testing).
  • Design with accessibility and inclusion in mind.
  • Present work to clients and support workshops.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong agency experience as a Senior Product / Digital / UI Designer.
  • Excellent UI craft and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Figma capability.
  • Confident working client-facing.
Tools
  • Core: Figma, prototyping tools, Miro, Google Workspace, Photoshop.
  • Bonus: Motion (After Effects or equivalent), basic 3D, exposure to AI, voice, chatbots or AR.
