We're hiring a Senior Digital Product Designer to join a Digital Experience Studio (agency) in Soho / Fitzrovia. This role starts on a freelance basis (£450/day) with a clear route to permanent (£70k). This is a hands-on senior role for a designer with a strong agency background, working across digital products, apps and responsive web. Strong UI craft is essential.

- Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday, fixed)

- This is for someone with a bold, minimal, start-up vibe style led UI.
- Own UI across complex user journeys and interactions.
- Senior-level Figma use (design systems, components, prototyping).
- Collaborate with UX, engineering and delivery teams.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems.
- Apply brand expression within functional products.
- Use UX fundamentals (IA, journeys, prototyping, testing).
- Design with accessibility and inclusion in mind.
- Present work to clients and support workshops.
- Strong agency experience as a Senior Product / Digital / UI Designer.
- Excellent UI craft and attention to detail.
- Advanced Figma capability.
- Confident working client-facing.
- Core: Figma, prototyping tools, Miro, Google Workspace, Photoshop.
- Bonus: Motion (After Effects or equivalent), basic 3D, exposure to AI, voice, chatbots or AR.
