About the Company: Our client is a global integrated marketing agency working at the heart of entertainment, health and beauty, retail and consumer brands. They deliver end-to-end campaigns, from creative and production through to media and placement.

The Role: This is a hands-on Senior Designer role sitting at the intersection of design excellence, creative thinking and collaboration. You will bring ideas to life across fully integrated 360 campaigns while elevating creative output for high-profile brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and originate integrated 2D and 3D design solutions across BTL, POS, FMCG and creative campaigns
  • Develop compelling creative for retail, health and beauty and consumer brands
  • Produce pitch documents, presentations and key art
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining commercial awareness
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and present work to clients
  • Stay on top of creative trends and bring fresh inspiration into the work

About You:

  • Proven agency experience working as part of a creative team
  • Strong background in FMCG, retail and POS design
  • High level of proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and contributing to brainstorms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Cinema 4D, Redshift or Blender experience
  • Pitch design expertise
  • Illustration or storyboarding skills
  • After Effects or Figma experience
