A fast‐growing consumer brand is looking for a hands‐on Paid Social & Performance Lead to own acquisition strategy across multiple international markets. Reporting directly into the CMO, this is a senior individual contributor role for someone who lives inside the ad platforms, understands creative‐led performance marketing, and knows how to scale lead gen and direct response campaigns profitably.
The Role
- Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and X
- Lead channel strategy, budget allocation, optimisation and reporting
- Scale lead generation campaigns with accountability for CPA, ROAS and LTV:CAC
- Work closely with creative teams to build and iterate high‐performing ads
- Run structured testing across audiences, creative, placements and bidding
- Manage international campaign activity across multiple markets
- Deliver clear forecasting, pacing and performance insight to leadership
About You
- Strong hands‐on paid social buying experience, particularly across Meta and TikTok
- Proven track record scaling performance campaigns profitably
- Deep understanding of direct response and lead generation
- Commercially minded and highly data‐driven
- Comfortable working closely with creative and production teams
- Experience across international markets is highly desirable
- Exposure to gaming, prize draw or regulated consumer sectors is a plus
